After confirming the product information, click "Add to cart". You can check the number of items and the total amount at any time, and adjust quantities or specifications if necessary.
3. Order and payment
Accepted payment methods include Mastercard and VISA. The payment process is safe and secure, ensuring the protection of your payment information. After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.
4. Delivery information
Delivery area: Metropolitan France.
Shipping costs: Free for orders of €120 or more (including €120), otherwise a shipping fee of €15.00.
Processing time: 1 to 3 business days (if the order is placed after 6 p.m. or on a public holiday, processing will begin the next business day).

5. Order management
You can modify or cancel your order before shipping by contacting customer service. If the order has already been shipped, please follow our return and exchange policy for processing.
6. Return, exchange and refund
Return/exchange period: 40 days after receipt.
Conditions: Cosmetic damage, quality problems, significant color differences or odor, incorrect product, as well as return without reason.
Procedure: Contact customer service with the order number, payment receipt, and photos/videos. After approval, please return the product with all its accessories in its original packaging according to the instructions provided. After receipt and verification, a refund or exchange will be made.
